PAYMENT POLICY

All bookings are paid in full at the time of booking.

All bookings require a $1000 credit card pre-authorisation (hold placed on your credit card) as a security deposit. This pre-authorisation will be automatically placed on your card 24 hours prior to your stay, and released within 48 hours of your stay, pending no damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings may be cancelled until 7 days before check-in for a full refund.

If cancelled within 7 days of booking, 50% of the booking fee will be forfeited.

If cancelled within 48 hrs of booking, 100% of the booking fee will be forfeited.

GUEST INFORMATION

Check-in is at 3.00pm

Check-out is at 10.00am

Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability. Please email us at hello@silvermoonshack.com.

Smoking is not permitted at Silvermoon.

Pets are not permitted at Silvermoon.

No parties or events.

NOISE POLICY + CODE OF CONDUCT

The Mornington Peninsula Shire Council provides clear guidelines for the use of Short Stay Accomodation, as governed by Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law.

The Local Law details a Code of Conduct, with rules that all guests must abide by :

1. Unacceptable behaviours include:

- aggressive behaviour

- yelling, screaming and arguing

- loud cheering, clapping and singing

2. Off-street parking must be used by all guests (please park in the driveway, not in the street).

3. Additional accommodation is not allowed on site - no tents, caravans, campervans or similar.

4. Outdoor areas including outdoor decking and balconies are not to be used between 11pm and 7am.

5. Please ensure all rubbish is placed in council bins at the end of your stay, and do not leave excess waste on site.
